Property Styling to Sell

Sess & Sass Design Co. have the ability to customise every staged property showcasing it in the best possible light. We have personally sourced and purchased all of the furniture and styling pieces from a variety of suppliers such as Globewest, Oz design, Freedom, Lounge lovers, Adairs, Country Road and many local suppliers, just to name a few.

A stylist approaches a home with a fresh perspective and no emotional attachment, they are able to look at homes through the 'buyers eyes'.
The aim of property styling is to improve the look and appeal of your home and therefore increase its sale price. By putting the expertise of a professional stylist to work when selling your home, you could gain an edge in a competitive market and maximise your profits.
The Process
1. Consult & Proposal
We will arrange to meet at the listed home to understand what style and layout will best compliment the property. If a floorplan is available we will require this also.
Our goal is to appeal to the demographic to whom the property will be marketed to.
Within 24 hours of our appointment we will prepare and email you your custom fee proposal including the scope of works. Once this document is signed we can go ahead and design the layout and furniture items that will compliment the home.
2. Booking & Install
On accepting our fee proposal we will contact you to arrange a convenient date to complete the install. Minimum 1 weeks' notice is advised. Furniture & Styling packages have a six week hire period. A weekly rental option is available after the hire period concludes.
Let the magic begin ... The install process can take between a few hours to a full day depending on the size of the property.
3. Uninstall
On the sale of the property or the contract period concluding we will be in touch to arrange the removal of the styling items.
If you wish to keep the property staged for longer than the 6 week hire period, a weekly rental option is available after this period.
Payment Terms: 40% deposit prior to install. Final 60% payment due on conclusion of the 6 week hire period.
